How to use

1. Wash & dry the area where the patch is to be applied.

2. Peel off the white cover paper and the yellow cover paper from the back of the product in that order.

3. Place the rounded corners toward the heel and stick the white release paper.

4. Wrap both of the patches around the each heel in the same fashion.

5. Make sure the patch and the corners of both sides overlap with the round part.
